Day 47 without a cigarette. Any idea how long it'll be before I don't have these cravings all day long?

Keep it up sir! My dad quit years ago, like 15 I believe. He said he still gets cravings but the oxygen hose he is hooked to 24/7 reminds him that he shouldn't. Good luck!!!

I smoked for 42 years. And know a few people like that. Riding a bicycle 20 miles every other day, I hope that'll help clean out my lungs.

Actually that is Gooseneck state park in S.E. Utah. It is still one of those places that make you realize how small you really are.
