This recipe uses CANNABIS OIL / CANNA OIL
¾ cup THC olive oil
3 grams kif (optional)
1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans
¾ cup tahini (found in the international section of most grocery stores)
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
¼ cup roasted garlic
2 tablespoons artichoke hearts, drained well and chopped
¼ cup roasted red peppers, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon freshly ground cumin seeds
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Pita bread, warmed in the oven, for serving
- Take a small saucepan and warm your THC olive oil over low heat. If you’re using kif, add it to the saucepan and let it dissolve. Remove from heat.
- Put the tahini, fresh lemon juice, garbanzo beans, roasted garlic, artichoke hearts, red peppers, cumin and ½ cup of the warm THC oil in a food processor and blend the mixture until it’s nice and smooth. Slowly add more THC olive oil as needed. Add the desired amount of salt and pepper.
