2 tablespoons canna-coconut oil
8 pitted dates
1/3  cup whole almonds
2 1/2 cups almond milk
1 small frozen banana, sliced
½ cup oatmeal
½ cup almond butter
½ teaspoon almond extract
1 tablespoon maple syrup, optional.


A smoothie with dates is mind-blowingly delicious. They are a great way to pack a lot of nutrition for patients and others, the perfect balance of cannabis and natural sweetness to start your day.

This smoothie is a real meal.  You can add peanut butter or a tablespoon of flax or chia seeds to suit your taste. The last time I made this I put everything in the blender and kept it in the fridge overnight. Just a quick blending in the morning and I had a super awesome medicated breakfast!
  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender. Blend on medium to start and then process on high.
  2. Puree till blended and divide between two glasses.
